Corpsmembers Make the World a Better Place
Marco Bautista is Corpsmember of the month at the Coachella Site. He has been an outstanding Corpsmember since joining the Corps!!He is always on time and ready to work and help others. Here is a little more about Marco. “I am 23 years old and I am from Indio, California. I have been with UCC for almost 8 months in total. I enjoy working with the UCC because I get exposure to different jobs and work environment. Also, I get to see animals and help to restore their habitats. I believe others should join the UCC because you get to be out in nature and you don’t get bored because of all the different things you get to experience. It has been wonderful working with the other Corpsmembers, it’s very family based, everyone at the UCC truly creates that family atmosphere. Overall, I enjoy and have a great time working at the UCC.”
Alton Green is the Corpmember of the month at the San Bernardino location. “My name is Alton Green I am 24 and I am from San Bernardino CA. I have been at the UCC for about 7 months and I get to learn new things everyday and gain many different certifications that will help me find a career. The program helps me get out of my comfort zone where I get to socialize with new people and gain valuable work experience. Others should join the corps because it keeps people productive. This program will help you find a career path.”
