Join us at the Big Bear Discovery Center by the campfire in our outdoor amphitheater! Buy a hot chocolate and a s’more kit when you arrive, and roast a marshmallow by the campfire. Nature presentations and/or interactive activities are given weekly by Forest Service specialists, outdoor enthusiasts, and certified Naturalists. You won’t want to miss out on this fun, family-friendly activity that is free to all visitors. 

No reservations are required, just show up and enjoy the show!

*Campfire programs are every Friday and Saturday during the summer, excluding Music in the Mountains special event weekends; 7/4-7/5, 7/18-7/19, 8/1-8/2, 8/15-8/16, 8/29-8/30.
