A Year of Reflection

We are proud to reflect on a year rooted in stewardship, service, and community connection. Through the dedication of volunteers, partners, and Urban Conservation Corps members, thousands of hours were invested in protecting Public Lands, educating visitors, reducing wildfire risk, and restoring vital ecosystems across the region. These collective efforts strengthened both the landscapes we care for and the communities connected to them.

2025 Accomplishments at a Glance

                • 33,004 volunteer service hours contributed
                • $1.14 million in estimated volunteer service value
                • 701 volunteers engaged across SCMF programs
                • 128,076 visitors educated and reached
                • 40 smoke checks completed from fire lookout towers
                • 17 miles of trails maintained
                • 288.3 tons of materials recycled
                • 32 tons of trash removed from Public Lands
                • 57 acres restored
                • 47 acres of fuels reduction completed
                • 168 youth served through the Urban Conservation Corps (UCC)
