Join us for Wings Over Big Bear, a special two-day event remembering and celebrating Jackie the bald eagle and the incredible wildlife of Big Bear Valley. The celebration begins October 3 at 10 a.m. at Bear Mountain Ski Resort with a commemoration ceremony, followed by a Wildlife Education Day on October 4. We invite our community and visitors to explore Big Bear, learn about our local wildlife, and discover the conservation efforts helping protect the natural habitats they call home.
