Southern California Mountains Foundation Launches New Web Site

The Southern California Mountains Foundation (SCMF) welcomes you to its new website. We are proud to introduce an updated look, enhanced technology, and mobile-friendly design. This update represents our efforts to outwardly reflect our internal commitment to the current needs of the not just the land, but also the people who love and support it.

SCMF understands that as time and technology move forward so must its resources. Users are more mobile than ever and our devices connect us to the things we care about. Trail visitors often plan their outdoor adventures using our online maps. Music in the Mountains concert attendees visit our online calendar to track the return of their favorite acts to the Big Bear Discovery Center Amphitheater. Families depend on our site as part of vacation planning; including finding links to our valued recreation and tourism partners.

Visitors to the new site will also find a more streamlined, easy to navigate layout. An updated calendar provides an up-to-date look at events and announcements. Online functionality for ticket sales, financial donations, and newsletter subscriptions now make getting involved simple and straightforward. Program information is also uniformly organized and it is now easier than ever to join SCMF in its efforts to preserve and protect public lands in the San Bernardino National Forest and beyond.

We believe connecting communities to our public lands is the key to their survival; and when nature thrives, so do we. Visit the new site today, share it with friends and family, and join us in our mission
