Nature Walk

Join us for a 45-minute nature walk on Saturdays and Sundays to learn about the local plant life, wildlife and some very interesting historical facts. This is a great activity for families and individuals who want to gain a greater appreciation for our National Forest. Nature walks are not strenuous and designed for all levels of physical conditioning. Free!

Fire Lookout New Volunteer Orientation

New Fire Lookouts please join us for an orientation from 6:30-8:30pm at the USFS San Bernardino Supervisors Office at 602 S. Tippecanoe Ave. San Bernardino.

Fire Lookout Volunteers Reconnect Session

Returning fire lookout volunteers, please join us for a reconnect session at the Skyforest work station at 28104 Hwy 18 Skyforest from 6:30-9:30pm.

Big Bear Greenthumbs

Please join us to restore disturbed lands and improve wildlife habitat across the forest.

Saturdays from 9 AM to 3 PM on following dates: March 18th, April 15th, May 20th, June 17th, July 15th, August 19th, September 16th, September 23rd (National Public Lands Day), and October 21st.  Please bring lunch, water, hat, sunscreen, jacket, and work gloves if you have them. Contact Dev @ 909-382-2831 or dkopp@fs.fed.us to confirm attendance.


Fire Lookout New Volunteer Orientation
